Since launching on Instagram almost a year ago, the racing community around us has grown stronger and stronger, and this felt like the natural next step. Giddy Up Racing Club has been built to give people a genuine taste of what it feels like to be involved in racehorse ownership, without the huge upfront costs or ongoing monthly training fees that usually come with it. We’ve made it affordable, accessible, and most importantly, real. The club has a dedicated racing manager on hand to deal with any questions and keep members fully informed every step of the way.

Our first horse is already in place, and as the club continues to grow, so will the number of horses, this is just the beginning. We’re not here to stop at one; the vision is to build something big and create one of the largest and most exciting horse racing clubs in the UK.

Our Horse

Look Back Smiling

Look Back Smiling is a proven performer with strong form already in the book. He has won five races during his career, including the Doncaster Spring Mile in March 2024, where he picked up £38,655.

He’s a strong, useful-looking gelding who has been consistent at a good level, hitting the frame four times throughout the 2025 season.

Following his purchase, he has moved to a new yard where he will be trained as a dual-purpose horse, with the plan to run on the flat before switching to hurdles.

Neil Mulholland is a highly respected and established trainer in British racing, based in Bath and known for producing consistent results across both codes.

He has built a strong reputation for getting the best out of his horses, particularly dual-purpose runners that compete on both the flat and over hurdles.

His approach is hands-on, focused, and built around long-term progression rather than short-term results.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern membership of Giddy Up Racing Limited (“the Club”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. By purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Registered Address: Flat 9, Merchants, Please Rendezvous Street, Gibraltar.

2. Nature of the Club
Giddy Up Racing Limited operates as a recreational horse racing club. Membership provides access to experiences, content, and club-related benefits associated with racehorse ownership.

Membership does not constitute ownership, shares, or equity in any horse or asset owned by the Club.

3. Membership Fees

  • Membership is offered on an annual subscription basis.
  • All fees must be paid in full and in advance to gain access to club benefits.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • The Club reserves the right to amend pricing at renewal periods.

4. Membership Benefits
Members may receive benefits including (but not limited to):

  • Access to exclusive updates and content
  • Opportunities to attend race days (subject to availability)
  • Participation in club events and experiences
  • Access to ownership-style experiences without financial liability

All benefits are provided at the discretion of the Club and may be changed, replaced, or withdrawn at any time.

5. Prize Money & Club Funds

  • Any prize money, bonuses, or income generated by horses owned or managed by the Club will be retained by Giddy Up Racing Limited.
  • These funds will be used solely for:
    • Training and upkeep of horses
    • Entry fees and racing-related costs
    • Enhancing member experiences (including race day access, hospitality, and club improvements)

Members are not entitled to any financial return, profit share, or distribution of prize money.

6. No Financial or Investment Return
Membership is strictly for entertainment and experience purposes only.

It must not be considered:

  • An investment
  • A financial product
  • A profit-generating scheme

No guarantees are made regarding horse performance, race entries, or outcomes.

7. Member Conduct
Members agree to:

  • Act respectfully toward other members, staff, and partners
  • Not misuse access to events or benefits
  • Comply with racecourse rules and third-party venue policies

The Club reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for misconduct.

8. Events & Race Days

  • Attendance at race days or events is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability, ballot, or additional conditions.
  • The Club is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, racecourse decisions, or other external factors.

9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Club shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss
  • Participation in events is at the member’s own risk
  • The Club does not guarantee access to specific horses, races, or experiences

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Cancellation & Termination

  • Members may cancel at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused membership periods.
  • The Club may terminate membership if Terms are breached.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
