Caughtinyourtrance has been close to his best form at Cartmel in recent outings, going down by a length here last time having done plenty of front-running work; he stays well, acts on this ground, and connections have a strong record in this event. The form suggests the yard's runners have had the measure of Fairlawn Flyer and Stratagem before, though both must be respected — Stratagem in particular after a convincing course win last time, and Fairlawn Flyer is back on his best mark. Our selection is Caughtinyourtrance.
