Andab heads this competitive 20-runner seven-furlong contest at Leopardstown on good ground, rated narrowly ahead of Dorset and a further pound clear of Vafortino, giving connections genuine cause for optimism in a deep field. The selection's edge over the principals is modest rather than commanding, and Dorset in particular represents a serious threat alongside Vafortino and Excellent Believe, all of whom are capable of closing the gap on the day. That said, Andab's standing at the top of these assessments is deserved and, with conditions likely to suit, there is enough here to side with the selection. Andab is the call.
