Carla Ridge heads our ratings on 111, four pounds clear of Royal Bay Cen on 107 and five ahead of Pivotal Attack on 106, a worthwhile edge in a 17-runner Class 1 sprint. That advantage should count for plenty over six furlongs on soft ground, where a strong, well-rated sort can grind out the win while others tire. Royal Bay Cen and Pivotal Attack are the obvious dangers, with Fregada on 98 the next best of the rest, but none of them matches the quality of our top-rated runner. Carla Ridge is our selection.
