Wise Eagle heads our ratings at 106, narrowly ahead of Tashkhan on 104, and that edge is enough to make him the one to beat in this nine-runner Class 3 over 18 furlongs on good to soft ground. Tashkhan is the chief danger and sits only a couple of pounds behind, so he can't be dismissed. In The Breeze (95) and Moon Over Miami (94) are a further step back, which leaves Wise Eagle with a useful cushion over the remainder of the field.
