Ob La Di is clear on our figures at 84, some way ahead of Derry Lad in second on 75, and gets the vote as our selection on the balance of her recent form. She has already proven she stays this trip and rates the most consistent of these on figures alone, even without a win in her last five starts. Derry Lad, Cala Bonita and Killyclogher Rose are the ones most likely to trouble her, with Derry Lad the notable danger given how much closer he sits to Ob La Di than the rest. It’s no better than medium confidence, but Ob La Di’s clear advantage on figures makes her the pick in a moderate contest.
