Us Officer heads our figures on 89 and is the selection, with Vietnorm the closest thing to a threat four pounds behind on 85 and Hello Garda also worth including as a danger on 66. The rest of the field are unrated on our figures and hard to fancy with any confidence. Overall conviction is low given how workable the form picture is, but Us Officer edges it as our pick.
Zooter was a decent performer on the Flat and achieved a higher rating than Vietnorm, but that doesn’t always mean a horse will be better over hurdles. I’m sticking with Vietnorm, who comes from a shrewd yard in this sphere and will take plenty of beating here.
