Pour Les Filles heads this competitive Class 3 contest over an extended two and a half miles at Cartmel on good-to-soft ground, sitting narrowly ahead of Bleu d’Enfer on our assessments, with King Roly and Karnaval Point also posing genuine threats in a race where the dangers are real. That five-pound edge over Bleu d’Enfer is meaningful without being conclusive, and connections will hope the Cartmel track plays to his strengths over this stamina-testing trip. King Roly and Karnaval Point must also be respected, but Pour Les Filles looks the most complete package in the field and is selected to land the spoils.
