Unique Journey gets the nod at the Curragh, rated 102 on our figures and narrowly ahead of Keke on 101, which is enough to make him the one to beat over six furlongs on good to soft. The margin is slim, so this is no benchmark certainty, and Keke is the obvious danger, with The Highway Rat three pounds further back on 98 and Dark Ace on 94 also needing a respectful eye. In a 13-runner field with little between the top two, Unique Journey’s rating edge is the deciding factor, and he is the pick of a competitive renewal.
