Betty’s Daisy is our selection, and her progressive profile is the reason to side with her over the top-rated I Spy A Diva, who is only five pounds ahead on our figures. At 122 she sits comfortably third in our ratings and has the look of a mare still improving, which counts for plenty over this 20-furlong trip on good to soft ground. I Spy A Diva and Masked Dance, just a pound apart at the head of the ratings, are the obvious dangers, with Crystal Spring next best of the rest. This looks an open contest, so the call is a lean rather than a strong one, but Betty’s Daisy is the one to be with.
