The verdict goes to GRAIN D’OUDAIRIES, who has conditions to suit and will find this easier than last month’s assignment at Aintree.
A very tough race to assess, but HOMME PUBLIC has really caught the eye now tumbling down the handicap. He’s a very smart horse on his day and this hold up performer could easily surprise a few here.
Once rated as high as 142, he now runs off 127 and at around 8/1, the outsider of the field could easily outrun those odds. A very nice each way angle.
