God Of Fire heads this nine-runner Class 5 contest at Fontwell narrowly ahead of Aggagio on ratings, with Brave Guest and Best Night also in the mix as credible threats over the eighteen-furlong trip. Aggagio, just a couple of pounds behind, is the most likely to bridge that gap and should not be underestimated, while Brave Guest’s proximity suggests the race could be competitive from the front of the form pack. On balance, though, God Of Fire holds a genuine edge and looks the most reliable pointer to the outcome. God Of Fire is the selection.
AGGAGIO at 11/2, Gary & Josh Moore and Caoilin Quinn, makes most appeal. It races off a mark 9lb below the 106 it won from back in March 2025 and wears headgear for the first time. The dangers are RAFFLES NOBU at 10/3 (not hard ridden last time) and GRAFFITI at 11/1 (a course winner).
