I’ve Got A Friend is our selection at Cheltenham, and he is only a pound behind the joint top-rated pair, so little separates them on our figures. We prefer him for his fitness edge and a more solid book of form, which count for plenty on good to soft ground over this trip in a 14-runner Class 2. Port Isaac and Delusionofgrandeur share the top rating of 111 and must be respected, while Dennis’s Honor is also within a few pounds and lurks as a danger. With so many of the field unrated this is far from a certainty, but I’ve Got A Friend is the one to side with.
