Kennington is our selection in this 18-runner 7f contest at Newmarket, and we prefer him to the top-rated Mister Bluebird on his progressive profile and a fitness edge that should count on the good to soft ground. He sits only two pounds behind that rival on our figures, so the gap is narrow and easily bridged by a horse still on the upgrade. Mister Bluebird is the chief danger, with Tex and Prosperitas also close enough to make this a tight puzzle in a big field.
