Star Mind gets the nod in a tightly packed ten-furlong event at Dundalk, rated just a pound behind the top-rated Dancing Steve but preferred for a progressive profile that suggests there is more to come. The gap between them is narrow, so the upside of an improving type is worth more than a marginal edge on figures.
