RACING POST VERDICT

The tentative vote goes to NO GAIN who went close at Doncaster despite hanging left. The Spotlight Kid is next on the list.

Our Expert Tip

Unfortunately I wish there was another selection with more value, but although I could make a case for a few of the horses I think NO GAIN looks thrown in here in a race where three quarters of the field can\'t win.

I think NO GAIN had a bad ride last week, it\'s obviously a horse you need to produce late. He was sent to the front too early and wandered across the straight. He needs plenty of cover and producing at the right time.

I\'m a big fan of Charlie Bishop who gets the ride today and I think you will see him win this comfortably.
At bigger odds BEAR TO DREAM would have a squeak at a place.
