The C&D specialist COOLREE (nap) is taken to record a hat-trick of wins in this race. Tees George is second choice.
COOLREE looks like he’s hitting form at the right time after winning nicely off a mark of 60 over course and distance last time out. He got a lovely tow into the race and was produced at exactly the right moment, always doing enough close home. He’s been put up 4lb for that success, but he has previously won here off a mark of 66, so there still looks room to manoeuvre. DR RIO could be the each-way angle at the bigger odds around 14/1.
Price on Posting 4/1
The biggest field of the day and one of the more competitive races on the card. Westerton could still be ahead of the handicapper and looks capable of defying his current mark. He is one of the stronger selections on the card and earns Free Nap status. Marhaba The Champ is respected and rates the main danger.
