RACING POST VERDICT

The vote goes to SEA TEMPEST on the back of a promising debut, with Hold The Throw a likely threat if the betting vibes are strong.

Racing Post Pick
Sea Tempest
Our Expert Tip

The card finishes with a National Hunt Flat race where there isn’t a huge amount of solid form on offer. The Tom Lacey runner catches the eye after staying on well last time out and may just have the strongest racecourse experience in the field. SEA TEMPEST also wouldn’t mind any softer ground should the rain arrive and looks capable of running a big race.

Rain cap will be all the rage in the betting, but again when isn\'t it. was 2/1 beaten fav last time out and essentially is 4lb worse off here, Im going to take an eachway gamble on BULLINGTON BRY switch stables last time out and well supported in the market, the 1st time blinkers were slapped on and seemed to do an ok job, I would prefer this horse to potentially get a bit more cover, he will stay 7F/1m and has the speed to tuck in if needed. the race is not great and if Jessica Macey can squeeze a bit more out of this horse on his 2nd run he could go close, of a career low marl and 4 places on offer at 15/2 happy to have an eachway play on this.
