Here's hoping front-runner Bumpy Evans consents to race as an honest gallop would play to the strengths of JACKS PARROT.
JACKS PARROT is a horse I like, but LOUGHDERG ROCCO has some really strong form in the book from the past and could represent big value at the prices. With that in mind, he gets the verdict.
His representative here, LIMESTONE, really caught my eye on his latest start in Ireland. For a brief moment he looked as though he might be struggling for pace, but when asked to quicken he produced a turn of foot that was extremely impressive.
The step up to 1m6f is unknown territory for many in this field, but based on the way he finished off his race over 1m5f, I don\'t see the extra furlong being an issue at all. In fact, it may bring out even more improvement.
