There was a lot to like about the win of RED SPELLS DANGER on his first go over 6f at Ripon and he can follow up on his handicap debut
RED SPELLS DANGER didn’t beat much last time out, but importantly he also never really came off the bridle and looking at the overall time for the 6f contest, it was actually a very smart performance. This will be his first run in handicap company and to be fair, an opening mark of 79 could end up looking very lenient. I’m also a fan of MO OF CAIRO, who could get a lovely run into the race at odds of around 10/1.
The biggest field of the day and one of the more competitive races on the card. Westerton could still be ahead of the handicapper and looks capable of defying his current mark. He is one of the stronger selections on the card and earns Free Nap status. Marhaba The Champ is respected and rates the main danger.
