RACING POST VERDICT

Continuing a common theme, Olly Murphy holds the key with both Atlantic City and KADO SACREE bidding to make it 2-2 in handicaps.

Our Expert Tip

LET’S MINGLE was very unlucky when unseating on his previous run at this track and can make amends here. A proven course-and-distance winner, he clearly enjoys racing around Perth and if everything goes smoothly this time, he looks capable of taking the winner’s prize.

Joseph O\'Brien had a fantastic opening day, saddling one winner and three placed horses, and his team continues to operate in excellent form.

His representative here, LIMESTONE, really caught my eye on his latest start in Ireland. For a brief moment he looked as though he might be struggling for pace, but when asked to quicken he produced a turn of foot that was extremely impressive.

The step up to 1m6f is unknown territory for many in this field, but based on the way he finished off his race over 1m5f, I don\'t see the extra furlong being an issue at all. In fact, it may bring out even more improvement.
