The form of HOPEWELL ROCK\'S comeback run after 175 days off the track has already been franked at this meeting. He was beaten just over a length by Daiquiri Bay and Gamrai, who went on to finish first and second in yesterday\'s Copper Horse Stakes.

That gives the form a very solid look, and with that run under his belt, this Wathnan Racing runner is bound to come on again. Racing off a mark of 101, he still looks fairly treated and should be capable of taking another step forward.

With bookmakers paying five places, he looks a very solid each-way proposition in what should be another competitive contest.
