Eremenko heads our figures: a winner over hurdles before a pulled-up effort at Bangor that is easily forgiven, she stays this trip, handles the ground and represents connections with a strong record in the race. Cinating is the chief threat — a progressive sort who made a smart start to her hurdling — with Echinacea and Crokes Cross also progressing. Eremenko is the selection.
Sean Bowen\'s mount Cinating will be extremely tough to beat here, provided she handles the unique demands of the Cartmel track. She brings the strongest form into the race by some distance, and plenty of these rivals may simply be looking to get a workable handicap mark.
