RACING POST VERDICT

Nightime Dancer is our selection, topping a competitive Class 2 field over today's 12f trip on a clear-cut figure of 109. Tycoon and Nesthorn both rate within a few pounds and look the most obvious dangers, with Ernst Blofeld also capable of running well. Confidence in the selection is low given how tightly this field is rated, but the merit case still favours Nightime Dancer.

Rain cap will be all the rage in the betting, but again when isn\'t it. was 2/1 beaten fav last time out and essentially is 4lb worse off here, Im going to take an eachway gamble on BULLINGTON BRY switch stables last time out and well supported in the market, the 1st time blinkers were slapped on and seemed to do an ok job, I would prefer this horse to potentially get a bit more cover, he will stay 7F/1m and has the speed to tuck in if needed. the race is not great and if Jessica Macey can squeeze a bit more out of this horse on his 2nd run he could go close, of a career low marl and 4 places on offer at 15/2 happy to have an eachway play on this.
