RACING POST VERDICT

Savannah Smiles is the pick in this Class 5 5f contest at Chepstow, preferred to the top-rated Punchbowl Flyer on account of her more progressive recent profile even though the pair share identical figures. Punchbowl Flyer himself is the obvious danger on our own figures, with So Smart and Dragon God both capable of running into the frame from further back. Confidence is low in a race with little between the principals, but Savannah Smiles gets the vote.

Our Expert Tip

SAVANNAH SMILES won last time out and I dint think the 4lb rise is enough to stop this going close again

Rain cap will be all the rage in the betting, but again when isn\'t it. was 2/1 beaten fav last time out and essentially is 4lb worse off here, Im going to take an eachway gamble on BULLINGTON BRY switch stables last time out and well supported in the market, the 1st time blinkers were slapped on and seemed to do an ok job, I would prefer this horse to potentially get a bit more cover, he will stay 7F/1m and has the speed to tuck in if needed. the race is not great and if Jessica Macey can squeeze a bit more out of this horse on his 2nd run he could go close, of a career low marl and 4 places on offer at 15/2 happy to have an eachway play on this.
