RACING POST VERDICT

Tokyo Joe is our selection in this competitive eight-furlong Class 5, preferred over top-rated Follow Your Heart on a progressive profile. Follow Your Heart heads our figures and remains a big threat, with Counting Cards and Mayberry Moon also capable of running well. Confidence is medium, with Tokyo Joe's recent form and profile giving him the nod in a tightly-graded field.

Our Expert Tip

After a big run at York TOKYO JOE looks a tad out pick here and probably be my bet of the meeting here at ffos las

Rain cap will be all the rage in the betting, but again when isn\'t it. was 2/1 beaten fav last time out and essentially is 4lb worse off here, Im going to take an eachway gamble on BULLINGTON BRY switch stables last time out and well supported in the market, the 1st time blinkers were slapped on and seemed to do an ok job, I would prefer this horse to potentially get a bit more cover, he will stay 7F/1m and has the speed to tuck in if needed. the race is not great and if Jessica Macey can squeeze a bit more out of this horse on his 2nd run he could go close, of a career low marl and 4 places on offer at 15/2 happy to have an eachway play on this.
