RACING POST VERDICT

Jasko Des Dames is our selection, preferred over the runner that tops our own figures on the strength of a progressive profile built across his last five starts. He already has today's 17f trip in his form book and looks the type with more to offer this time. The biggest threat comes from the horse sitting on top of our figures, with a couple of others from this field of nine also capable of running into contention. It's a low-confidence verdict given how tightly this line-up is graded, but the pick's improving profile just about edges it.

Rain cap will be all the rage in the betting, but again when isn\'t it. was 2/1 beaten fav last time out and essentially is 4lb worse off here, Im going to take an eachway gamble on BULLINGTON BRY switch stables last time out and well supported in the market, the 1st time blinkers were slapped on and seemed to do an ok job, I would prefer this horse to potentially get a bit more cover, he will stay 7F/1m and has the speed to tuck in if needed. the race is not great and if Jessica Macey can squeeze a bit more out of this horse on his 2nd run he could go close, of a career low marl and 4 places on offer at 15/2 happy to have an eachway play on this.
