CORAL COVE at 6/1, James Owen and Kieran Shoemark, gets the vote, and it is the kind of race we wait for. He won by 6.5 lengths and was raised only 3lb for it, leaving 8.4lb in hand, handles the ground, with a win from 1 on it and gets a trip he has won over.

two wins on the bounce, and up 3lb for the trouble — but a horse in form is a different animal to one trying to recapture it.

The one worry is wrong side of the draw.
