Shanroe heads this fifteen-runner field at Navan over sixteen furlongs on good ground, rated eleven pounds clear of Littlefoot and a further two pounds clear of Amanha, with Bells Grove also in the mix as the most significant dangers in what looks a competitive staying contest. The selection’s rating edge is slim rather than commanding, and on a good surface over this marathon trip, the closeness of the form between the leading quartet means any of those three rivals could conceivably turn the tables.
