Chicago Moon holds a progressive profile that makes her an appealing each-way proposition in this competitive eighteen-runner field over fourteen furlongs at Navan on good-to-firm ground, even if the top-rated Sunrush heads the field on paper and holds a six-point edge in our figures. Chapel Island and Love Orchid also rate as genuine dangers, both narrowly behind Sunrush and well capable of running into a place at minimum, so the selection will need to be at her best to land this. On the strength of her upward trajectory, Chicago Moon is our selection.
CHICAGO MOON gets the vote here for Henry de Bromhead and W J Lee. The first-time headgear catches the eye and the yard is in really good form at 25%. It is a competitive race, but those are enough positives for me to have him as the pick at 4/1.
