Reverend Hubert is narrowly behind the top-rated Rocky’s Diamond on these assessments but is preferred on the strength of a progressive profile that suggests further improvement is forthcoming, and crucially he has already shown he handles good-to-firm ground over this extended trip at Down Royal.
